Homeless service provider monthly meeting 11/25-11/2026

Agenda items for 1/8/26:
* Point in time (PIT) Count from 1/28-2/6: site selection for volunteer assignment, volunteer recruitment and training, incentives.

* City of Corvallis upcoming funding opportunity CDBG
* Benton County: severe weather overflow sheltering parameters
* Community needs & updates
Moving the January 2026 meeting from 1/1 to 1/8 due to New /Years Day holiday.
Recurrence: the first Thursday of each month from 2-3pm. New meeting invite for Nov. 2025-Nov. 2026.
Purpose: monthly check-in for social service providers to share updates, coordinate efforts, and ask questions.
Facilitated by Benton County’s Coordinated Homeless Response Office (CHRO) staff.
