At the South Benton Resource Center, we believe a strong community is built around a shared table. We are a non-profit dedicated to supporting our neighbors – from essential services to summer celebrations.
Our Mission includes:
The South Benton Food Pantry: Providing fresh food, staples and necesities to our Monroe area neighbors.
Commercial Kitchen: Hosting monthly community lunch and breakfast
Kepi Nak-Nak Café: Located in the downstair Commons next to the kitchen, it’s a place to gather over a cup of coffee, have a meal, or just hang out.
Heritage Hall: A beautiful event space for your milestones, concerts (great acoustics) and meetings.
Vina Moses Room: An offshoot of Vina Moses for local access to essential clothing and household resources.
Blackberry Jamboree: our annual celebration, a delicious community get together held the last weekend in August.

The Blackberry Jamboree is our annual celebration of summer. Join the South Benton Resource Center on the last Saturday in August for a day that’s “all things blackberry.”
Whether you come for the live music and local wine tasting, or just want to snag a snowcone from the Cub Scouts, there’s a seat at the table for everyone. From homemade jams to signature blackberry cocktails to potluck, it’s more than a festival; it’s how we say goodbye to summer, together.

We are overwhelmed with gratitude to the Benton Community Foundation and an incredible anonymous donor for the $10,000 donation to support our Snack Pack Program!
This generous gift helps us continue providing nutritious, kid-friendly snacks to local children who may face food insecurity over the weekends and school breaks.
Every pack makes a difference—and this donation will fuel hundreds of them.
