We make our coffee drinks using Café Mam (say ‘mom’) beans. We sell Café Mam beans at the Café as well.
Café Mam is a family-owned and operated coffee company based in Eugene, Oregon. Their roots grow deep in organic agriculture, and their foundation is built on principles of ethical sourcing, sustainability, environmentalism, cultural identity, human dignity, and of course, high-quality, freshly roasted coffee.
Café Mam (say “mom”) is grown by fair trade cooperatives of native Maya farmers living in the highlands of Chiapas, Mexico. It is 100% organic, certified fair trade, shade-grown, high altitude, arabica coffee.
